Terms of Use for Submissions
By submitting news, events, photos, or other content to Payson Insider, you agree to these terms.
1. Ownership and rights
You must own the content you submit, or have clear permission from the owner to submit it and to grant the rights described below. Do not submit photos, text, or other material that belongs to someone else without authorization. Do not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
2. License granted to Payson Insider
When you submit content, you grant Payson Insider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, and adapt that content on Payson Insider and in related channels operated by Payson Insider (for example, social media posts promoting the site). This includes the right to crop, resize, format, caption, or otherwise edit submissions for presentation and technical needs.
You retain ownership of your content. The license above allows Payson Insider to republish and reuse what you submit; it does not transfer your copyright to us.
3. Credit and attribution
If you provide a name with your submission, Payson Insider may display it as a credit. We are not required to credit every submission, and we may omit or edit credit for clarity or length.
4. Review and publication
Submissions are reviewed before they appear on the site. Payson Insider may accept, reject, edit, delay, or remove any submission at any time, for any reason, without notice. Submitting content does not guarantee publication.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to grant the license in these terms. You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate material.
6. Changes
Payson Insider may update these terms from time to time. The version linked from the submit form at the time you submit applies to that submission.
